Loved the centralized location to the Market
Older hotel and can be a bit nippy at night
Staff at the Lenna was inpecable. Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable about their area. I cant say enough about thier staff. Pleasant, helpful, warm reception, they can't do enough for you. I love the computer in the sitting area with the bar. Easy access and available. GM was excellant and readily available if staff was busy. Good to see Managers jump in and help without question. Perfect hotel. I would definately return.
Shopping Tip : Staff very helpful and friendly. They were perfect!!!
