A very relaxing stay
A relief to stay somewhere warm and clean after spending a few days on wind-whipped Bruny Island. After having stayed in Hobart city hotels before, the quietness was also much appreciated!

Good Location, the rooms are large and have 2 floors. Free car park is provided.

Everything is good for apartments. Good location, near the Salamance market, just 5 mins walk. It also provided free car park there. The rooms are comfortable and clean, we booked 2 bedrooms apartment and it had 2 floors. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanna stay in Hobart. We all loved it very much.

Just on the corner of Battery point in Hobart, spacious rooms, good a/c, resonable decor with basic cooking facilities, free wifi, bottle shop next door, but no noise. ear plugs available from reception. All basics covered pretty well, efficient staff.

Give It A Go, You'll Love It!
Walking distance to Salamanca Markets and Waterfront Restaurants. Free off-street parking. Window that opened if one did not wish to use air conditioning.

When we first pulled up to check into reception, I was not particularly impressed with the outside appearance of St Ives Apartments and wondered why I had booked to stay there. However, I have to admit that even though our apartment on the 3rd floor had neither a balcony nor a view, the apartment was beautifully clean and cosy, with a great kitchenette, and we loved the time (2 nights) we spent at St Ives Apartments.
Restaurant Tip:
Brilliant little Indian Restaurant called Magic Curries, within walking distance - in the street that runs parallel to St Georges Tce on the Salamanca side.
