the hotel is nice including the bedroom and bathroom. it is spacious and includes a desk should you need to do any work. it is nicely set out and parking is easy. reception is 24/7.

if you are looking for a place to stay where you can get a good night's sleep - look no further. if 3 and a half star is just not good enough - then book this hotel. if you prefer attractive accomodation and service - then this is it. this hotel provides a good bed. it is a very presentable, upper class hotel, the rooms are in very good condition. breakfast is great. the location fantastic, you could not be any closer to the mall. it offers limited parking underneath. i have stayed in many hotels around australia and this is one of the better hotels. some of the staff are fantastic.

The Metro Ipswich Hotel is conveniently located to the Racehorse Hotel, where we were attending a music gig. The front desk staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and modern, perfect for the quick overnight stay in Ipswich.
