Whilst it was well located, it was on a very busy road. Traffic was extremely noisy. After paying extra for linen for sofa bed, it was not there! Had to call, it was then delivered.
In all, I don't feel it was value for money.

There were spider webs everywhere and I found a spider on one of the beds. There is also strange smell in one of the rooms.
