Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Quiet with front beach and family friendly resort
Attentive staffs, Nice and Quiet areas, Relaxing with two pools and jacuzzi, Decent Villas
8.3
at first, we were greeted by a very nice and chatty receptionist and she gave us a map and where to park the closest to our villa and also the trolleys should we have a few baggages. We saw the villas are quite clean with a lot of trees around it, we felt like we were in Bali. The whole experience was great! The villas were near the beach, only a few minutes drive to Busselton Jetty and also they have a good bar and restaurant at the hotel. My partner and I wanted a relaxing holidays and it was a very relaxing weekend for us!

OK for 1 night
Separate bedroom to living room.
4.7
The hotel provided dinner but not breakfast so we had to find an alternative. I found this rather strange. The room smelt of mildew - needed airing out. Courtyard area - no views outside room. Parking area some way from room so had to carry luggage some way. The room was also rather tired and in need of renovation.

We had a lovely stay with lots of things to entertain our 10 year old son from the games room, pool and tennis. Enjoyed a walk along the beach and found the layout of the room with loft for children excellent!

Have stayed here on many occasions ranging from birthday parties to overnight accomodation. Lovely place for holiday! Lovely garden setting in a handy place. Rooms were spacious and clean as was bathroom. Games room great for teenagers, great swimming pool area and very friendly staff at reception. Would definitely stay again as it is good value for money.

Beach location
Close to the beach & surrounding sights, the cafe made a beautiful chai latte & flat white.

The Broadwater is best suited to people with children, indoor swimming pool, outdoor BBQ's & paths which the kids were riding their bikes around. We had noisy neighbours who let their kids run up & down the stairs after 10.30pm & both next door & downstairs neighbours would come in late & slam their doors. We stayed with close friends & we both left our adult children at home. The upstairs loft had a common wall, not a lot of sound proofing. It was self contained & had all the utensils we needed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The coast is beautiful & we were lucky enough to see dolphins, whales & seals at the lighthouse in Dunsborough. The busselton jetty (1.8km long)is a great walk with a train for those of you that find the walk too long. Busselton is like a small city though, very busy compared to 10yrs ago.

We stay at this hotel all the time. It is great for couples as well as people with families. You can swim in the heaeted pool or outdoor pool. It has BBQs where you can bring your own and cook there. CLose to the beach and has a nice little restaurant as well.
Shopping Tip:
There is a small IGA at the front of the street you turn down to go to the hotel.

The location of this property is first class. The entry, grounds, restaurant and bar are very good. Unfortunatly thats where it stops.
Upon entering the room there was the strong smell of mould. All the walls had major paint peeling/chunks out of walls. The bathroom had an overwellming smell of bleach and this was obviously to kill the mould. The ceiling paint was flaking over the shower with pieces falling on you while showering. Kitchenette cupd doors were swollem at the bottom and severely chipped.
This used to be a fantastic property. The owners need to give the rooms a major overhaul and bring it back to its former glory.
Don't get me started about having to sit in reception to get internet connection of any kind.
Travel tip:
Check the room before you move in
