booked a 1 bedroom apartment through agoda for a very reasonable price. the room smelled a little musty but was clean and functional with a decent kitchenette. two tvs in the apartment but quite old. bathroom made good use of space.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Crown Casino is about 200m from the hotel.

The studio room is really big and nice with stove and microwave. So, you can actually cook like at home.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
City centre (Flinders Street) is just about 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Hotel was nice its in a great location walking distance from all the major attractions and night clubs. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment room was clean did smell a little musty when we first walked into the room tho. Apart from that everything was good room service is great! :)

we were upgraded to a one bedroom unit. it had a great set up and would be good if you had a longer stay. the location is great if you are wanting to go to ethihad stadium, casino, exhibition centre. we went to the mcg and walked along the yarra and then on the way home caught a train to southern cross which is across the road from the motel.

i had stay in a studio suite with kitchen facilities and your bedroom is separated from the leaving room and kitchen. For family wise, it would be nice if you have some self made breakfast before you hit the day as they have full sets of kitchen utensil and equipments.

At check in someone else's details were on the paperwork and everything had to be changed. The location is central, but it's very noisy with all the trains and trams and traffic etc etc.

enjoyed it. also small coffee shop next door associated to medina is excellent - food and service-wise.
one suggestion: very inconvenient having the service/cleaning staff using the guest lifts - several times causing return to ground floor, due to being late or so using key-card system.
a separate service lift would enhance the whole hotel/apts a lot.

Had a great stay in this hotel, service was good and hotel was clean and no major problems in the room. However, parkings in the hotel is not free which is unusual for an apartment hotel.
