Generaly the unit is not cleaned and the mattress need replacement for the money I expect a good bed not a worn out cheap bed. Our host reminded me of Bassil Fautly but not funny. This was our second and last stay.Oh nearly forgot the car park is the the most difficult to access I have ever used check out the damage on the building and parked cars

This house is in the calm and quite villige. Most of things was good except internet service.
I followed the instructions how to use but it was not working.
and moreover I contacted the hotel manager and asked the internet problem. but I could not use the internet for three days.

Free WiFi, clean sheets & bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, big TV.

Our stay was pleasant. Getting to the parking was a tight squeeze. The apartment looks a bit neglected but the bathroom was modern and clean. Kitchen appliances looked tacky but the fridge worked & we used ceramic plates.

Your a short walk away from the best shopping strip in Melbourne,Victoria; Chapel Street.
Renowned for its fine fashion, cafes & restaurants South Yarra also has a fabulous nightlife of clubs, bars & pubs open til all hours.

I decided to opt for a serviced apartment as I actually had a great stay in one a few months ago in the same area, but opted for this one based on price. It was still almost per night and the place was pretty awful. The front door has marks all over it (bad marks, like from kicks), the carpet was filthy and stained, the bed was very small, and the shower had no door. There was nobody to check me in and I had to call a mobile and get step-by-step instructions on opening a safe to get my keys, and again, nobody to aomplain to upon departure. It was, without doubt, my worst Melbourne stay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring thick socks to avoid stepping on the carpet.
