All features were good...Rooms were clean and well presented, building and foyer area very impressive,Spa, gym and pool were in top condition. We appreciated the on-site free parking and the friendliness of staff, including the cleaning ladies.
Care must be taken when parking especially if the attendant is not on duty, you could finish up boxed in.
We needed a place close to Melbourne city to stay for 3 nights. The Bayview Eden was our best choice with car-parking on-site, spa, gym and pool to unwind. The hotel was only a 3 minute walk to St.Kilda Rd trams which took us into the city in less than 10 minutes. The establishment was in top condition with friendly staff and impressive spacious foyer and bar area. Rooms were well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. We have put the Bayview Eden on the top of our list for the next time we stay in Melbourne....In fact we might even use it as our reason for going again. Rates were very competitive too.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the 3 minute walk through to St Kilda Rd and catch a tram to the city...don't bother waiting for taxis.
| Nice room but a bit far from city centre |

The room is clean and nice and the staff are quite helpful. Easy access to Tram.
The internet servie is a bit too expensive.
It is quite a good hotel but a bit under our expectation. It is rating as a4+ stars hotel when booking but it looks like a 3+ stars hotelat most to us.
The service and the room are quite nice and it is close to Tram stops though a bit far from city centre.
The broadband charges are a bit too high.
