Standard typical business class hotel

A typical business type hotel. Not really walking distance to major attraction. In front the hotel there is bus and tram but the fare consider expensive to us. Parking in the hotel charged 15 dollar per night is also consider expensive to us. But the rrom is clean and comfort.

Fantastic hotel with good location

I stayed at the hotel for business this winter in August. The hotel had a practical location of being in the vicinity of a big train station. It was not hard to find a tram to the centre of the town either.
The room and the contentsnof it were all clean and tidy. It was a lovely stay.
However, it could have been a little warmer. The heater in the room did not seem to be working that well. It was bearable so i did not bother ask for changing the room or checking the heater.
Overally, it was an affordable stay with practicality.

the service from the front desk left alot to be desired. not particularly friendly and come check out time, a rather curt call reminding you to check out can be expected.
the hotel was also very sparing on the replacement of toiletries.
something that was particular to the room was that one of the side table lamps could not be turned on due to the lack of a power socket to power it. a design oversight i reckon.

We get there in the ealier morning, the receiption allow us to leave our baggage there although it is not time for check in. and it is really excellent location basing on this price we purchased. the breakfast included was good and the service is very good the waiters always to smiling.Fortunately we met the boss of the hotel when we get on the lift he talked to us initiatively and seems very interested in the new guest.that is amazing we have had.

excellent location near spencer street station, near city centre.
good, comfortable beds, all facilities you'd expect from 2 star hotel.
wi-fi was not included and although not too expensive, it is now expected as included item. tv remote wouldn't work properly nd despite best efforts of a very helpful staff, was never up to scratch.
decided that the breakfast menu was too limited, so went out to eat.
Restaurant Tip:
No local restaurants of note - need to go a few blocks to King Street area, or better still take a local train from Spencer Street to North Richmond for excellent choice of Vietnamese cuisine.

Thsi hotel is only a short walk from the sky bus, trams and the main shopping area. My room was clean, quiet and spacious with a comfortable bed and great shower. The window had a double blind sytem so it was easy to darken the room which insured a long and deep sleep.
Day storage for suitcases was offered with a comfortable main lounge area in the foyer.
Staff were helpful and friendly and a continental breakfast for $11.00 was easy and affordable.
The only thing lacking was free wireless in the room
