Convenient location with great room
Location, just across Southern Cross station

value for money stay with great location, less than 5 minutes walk from southern cross station. there's a park just 5 minutes away and convenient accessibility to the shopping areas in the cbd. highly recommended for business travelers. having said that, the gym facilities & swimming pool is just average.

great location but small rooms

Good location opposite skybus direct from air port. Crown casino is few minutes walk great place. Rooms are small but confortable. Service is very good. Breakfast is average.
Travel tip:
if you are more than three persons then better take taxi that will be cheaper than the sky bus

Basic hotel close to everything
Comfortable bed, would have been better with more pillows

stayed one night, basic hotel with basic amenities.
cleaner woke us up early wanting to clean our room.
clean rooms, great water pressure in shower.
close to southern cross station, and shops.
Restaurant Tip:
Have hotel call you a cab, you'll never get on off the street.

the staff is very helpful with lots of information for day-tour and guideline. also, the location is quite convenient that there's a station near-by. overall, it's a quite good experience to stay at the best western atlantis hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is located at 15 mins walk from the Queen Victoria Market, where provide various products and souvenirs at cheap price

Simple, clean with easy Southern Cross location
quick walk down the street to southern cross station, friendly and modern clean rooms

just stayed the night for sleep after arriving in off 2 flights and going to regional victoria the next day. the staff were friendly at all times and the rooms were clean and quite up to date. there was a slight musky smell in the room i could not put my finger on but overall the room was quite clean. the bathroom shower could benefit from some bleach being thrown on it but it was so dirty that it was disgusting or unclean, just some of the grouting is an off colour. wouldn't recommend for a long stay but for a night or two where you are really just sleeping in your room, it's simple, modern, clean, convienent and all my dealings with the staff were positive and they were lovely.

I have stayed at the Atlantis no a few times. I have found that the service is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean. the price is good and the location id perfect for getting in and out of the city. just what i need. As a solo traveler, I want to be comfortable by myself and the Atlantis service provides this to a tee.
Restaurant Tip:
North melbourne just up the road has some great eating spots.

Almost exactly opposite Southern Cross Station travel hub

Room excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book there again when next we visit Melbourne.
