Fantastic venue and staff very pleasant and helpful, only downer was the snack from roomservice we ordered, left a lot to be desired. We walked all over city and up to museum - hotel in great location.I will definitely stay there again.

Citigate Melbourne May
Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed us to check in luggage while shopped as we arrived prior to official check in time.

The Citigate Melbourne is wonderful as I arrived into Melbourne by train at Flinders Street Station and walked straight across the street to hotel. As I was early, I was able to leave my bags there while I went out for shopping. And returned to find my bag already in my room. The staff are very courteous, and nothing is a trouble. An excellent stay, thank you.
Restaurant Tip:
De Graves street is a small alleyway that in directly around from hotel lobby, it has a variety of small (very small) cafes to suit many tastes. I had the best breakfasts in two different cafes on the two days I stayed there. Highly reccommend!

F1 Melbourne Stay at City Gate Hotel

The location of this Hotel is supperb as it is in Flinder's Street right in front of one of the most prominent train Stations in Melbourne. This Hotel is also situated in between two of Melbourne's most glamerous streets that are Elissbeth & Swansee. An other hugh advantage of this hotel is that is is the closests hotel to Federation Square. The best thing about this hotel is that I could go to Albert Park for the F1 using both St Kilda or Spencer Trams with ease. Unfortunately Room Cleaniness was not that good as on one evening I found a huge rubbish plastic bag next in my room full of rubbish from other rooms. It was also obvous that our room carpet was not vacummed at all during the four nights and five days that I was there. The friendiness and help of the doorman and receptionist was terrific and they must be commended for it. I hope that next years room would be a better one than I got this year.

We went down for the Australian open. Staying for the better part of the week, the citigate catered for nearly all of our needs, at a remarkably reasonable price. All boxes where ticked including good service, very helpful concierge, great location, solid value for money and cleanliness. Hopefully if the opportunity arises, i will be able to return to the Citigate.

フランダースストリートステーションの目の前に位置するCITIGATE Melbourneに低価格で宿泊することができた。
しかし、低価格だったためか、窓のない部屋で残念だった。好立地で低価格だったこともあり、さほど不満はないが、予約の際にどのような部屋かアナウンスされていればなお良いと思う。従業員の接客態度も明るく、部屋も清潔だったので、相対的には合格点を与えられると思う。

世界遺産のロイヤルエキシビションビルディングや観光名所となっている旧メルボルン監獄へは徒歩圏内である。

客房小 没有窗户 设施简陋 前台非常客气 服务很好 旁边就有coles 斜对面是游客中间心和亚拉河一切都很方便 酒店提供寄存服务

酒店本身没有停车位 在旁边停车场有协议一天20澳元
