The rooms are modern.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel is positioned well to attend the football, markets and restraunts in the Melbourne CBD.

Great location but has a whistling sound
Location is close to both city centre and the student village area (i.e. Lygos Street)

PROS: The location is fantastic as it was very close to the bustling eateries near the student village at Clayton and a stone's throw away from the city centre. There is also a convenience store opposite the apartment. The 1-bedroom apartment has 2 TVs.
CONS: The room makes a whistling sound, which can be scary if you are staying alone. The 1-bedroom apartment is rather small.
Restaurant Tip:
Check out Minzaman at Lygos Street - they have shisha as well as belly dancing performance!

Fantastic Apartment
So far no complain, just the car parking expensive...

It's a great apartment, most facilities is included that you felt in home stay. Washing machine, micro-wave, hi-fi and whatever. All very clean and comfort. But the balcony a little bit scary, floor on balcony is tilted outward. Its have a large gap between floor and fence, its straight though ground floor. please hold your things tight when you go out balcony!
Location is good also, QV market just across the street. Downtown attractions just walk can reach.
Shopping Tip:
The famous queen Victoria market just across the road. Souvenirs, varies of food, whatever you can buy there.

Would stay there again! Had washing & drying facilities in the room. Small kitchen with all that you would need. Very quite, no disturbance from other guests! Room was serviced daily & it was always in an excellent condition! Only regret that I could not stay longer....
