the room we occupied faced the railway lne so it was some what noisey we found the room to be very spacious with good facilities i.e cooker fridge, and even a washing machine and we could hear no noise from any other guests.the room was serviced and cleaned daily.the general appearance of the hotel i.e is one of a cared for look reception we found to be very good they have a safe room where one can store ones bags after check out,and a reasonably priced resteraunt.

Good central location. Great food in the restaurant Helpful staff Good central location. Near the convention and exhibition centre (as well as trams, loads of restaurants over the river) Great food in the restaurant (even if the restaurant itself is rather "functional"). Staff were very helpful whenever I had any questions. Room was spacious. Near train tracks but more of a distant rumble than a problem. Would stay again.
Restaurant Tip : Try the hotel itself!

The location of the hotel is great. A short walk to the entertainment and shopping heart of Melbourne.
As a business traveler, my wife and I were disappointed with this hotel, the price for the suite we had was questionable to say the least. The room was not what we had requested, when we questioned the staff's about it, the response we received was well we are full take it or leave it.
The bed on the other hand was very comfortable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The walk around Federation Square to the MCG and gardens is worthwhile.
