It's clean, staff were very helpfull, it's manned 24 hours. Will stay again when we are in Melbourne.
While in CBD Melbourne, don't forget to visit Docklands, the shopping is good for quality shoes and sports clothing. "Cosco" also in Docklands, a bulk buy a US warehouse shop is good but you need to be a member to shop. Also visit Smith Street for affordable designer clothing, and Bridge St for manufacturer sports shop ie; Adidas, puma, Nike and more.
Travel tip : Cosmopolitan Hotel is 2 mins to great cafes, restaurants , and night life. Oh! don't forget to visit the bakery, cakes galore yummy...! Trams are just accross the hotel, will cost $6 for a day trip to Melbourne CBD.

Clean, comfortable, reasonable price
at the moment, no any weaknesses that I can comment.
That is a great hotel for me, The room really big and clean. The reception is 24 hours and the staff are nice. That is also a great location at St Kilda. It near by Luna park and St Kilda beach. There are many restaurant like subway and mcdonald just 3 minute walk. Tram is near by the Mcdonald.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : St Kilda beach, Luna park and Sunday market along the St kilda beach.
