good location and good view

it is a deluxe hotel but the price is reasonable. it is a convenient hotel, we can go federation square or botanic garden by walk. the food was nice even the room dining service. the staff replied so quick when we found there is a water leakage from ceiling and arrange us to another room. but no free wifi

Fantastic location and not too crowded for 2 adults and two (just teenagers) sharing 1 room, quite economical. Walking distance to UFO's, Rod Laver (tennis), State Theatre (War Horse) and good selection of eateries along Southbank. Close to free tram, great pool (shame we didn't get to use it longer).

We've stayed at this hotel quite a few times now, and it's always our choice when staying in Melbourne. Location is fantastic, with beautiful Southbank and Crown Casino at your doorstep. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice views of the city and bay from the higher floors.

Our stay in Crown Promenade Hotel was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff in the reception are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate enough for the four of us. When I called up for the room service, they answered promptly. The housekeepers were also good.
One thing I like about the hotel is it's location and it's accessibility to Crown Casino Complex, which gave you an option to do other activities and to go to other shops nearby. There were also a lot of restaurants to choose from.
My kids also enjoyed the swimming pool. The only let down I think was that we still had to pay for the internet access. I thought most hotels are wi-fi ready. But overall, our stay at Crow Promenade was good and money well spent !

I booked this hotel almost 2 months in advance. the price is relatively cheap. The customer service is awesome where staffs are friendly and helpful. Lovely spacious and modern Reception area. Parking was safe with the secure valet parking. For the room of the hotel, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is large.
