We booked our stay to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was our third time at the Crown Promenade and we are always impressed with the friendly staff and impressive facilities. We were granted early check in and we were given the opportunity to up grade to the 23rd floor. Though it was a busy evening we always felt that we were as special as the VIPs that were there for the Brownlow. Upon returning home we realised that we had left a recharger in the room. It took one phone call and the item was posted home, free of charge, within two days. The Crown Promenade is the first and only option we would consider when staying in Melbourne. Thanks for a memorable and enjoyable experience!
Travel tip:
A great place to stay if you wish to experience tourist attractions such as the Tramcar restaurant.

very happy,although i live in an neighbouring suburb i felt i experienced and seen Melbourne in a different light.
having a birds eye view from the 20th floor our standard king room was amazing although kind of wished i did upgrade for that extra $40 to a corner suite as i would of got a great view of the sun coming up in the morning and the hot air baloons.very happy with the overall stay.looking forward to my next excuse to stay at crown.
Hotel Feature Tip:
really enjoyed the pool and spa on the 3rd floor to relax before a big night out on the town then a quick dip in the morning again with a reasonable 11am checkout

We usually stay at Crown Towers but decided on a change and we where really happy.The hotel has a corporate feel.The staff were very friendly.Easy access to the Casino.
Travel tip:
Check to make sure you have a bath.Our room had a shower only.

We had a night out at the Casino and TramCar - Very happy I chose to stay at the Crown Promenade - apart from the location being perfect the service was outstanding. Customer service was 5 star - starting from the valet parking.

attended an exhibition at the nearby melbourne convention hall and it was just a short 10mins walk. right beside the crown casino and it was easy access if one needed food or a drink to wind down.
the room was clean and comfortable. a nice indoor pool and gym if one needs to work out the jet lag. overall a good experience.
