Location is the best, close to everything and there are so much to do at the Crown itself. Eating, clubbing and etc. Swimming pool is nice and warm.
The service is very good, the staffs there are very friendly and helpful.
The sheets and blanket is not that clean. There was some blood in my blanket.

Checkin easy and quick. Person was very nice. Concierge were very helpful with information for resturants etc... Checkout was also quick. Nice rooms. Location is excellent. I hate paying for internet service in addition to the room fee - include it in the room. Put on the website how to get from the airport to the hotel. My visit to your hotel was overall very positive and I enjoyed my stay. I arrived and checkin was very quick and efficient with staff waiting to greet you at the counter. I would have preferred to know how to get from the airport to the hotel before arriving but I did not find this information on the website. (The airport people were very helpful though as it seems most of Australians are.) The room was nice, well maintained and clean. I would prefer not to pay for internet service so this was a big negative. I had one breakfast in the morning at the hotel and it was good. Conceirge service was very good and helpful throughout the stay. Checkout was straigt forward.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I am not a gambler but I still found the Crown facility a nice place to visit. Several great resturants in the area.

Proximity to restaurants, things to do, etc.; Good room service; Nice staff; Great view I stayed here on business for a week, ended up switching to another hotel that had service apartments for my second week in Melbourne. Although this was week 7 of my trip, so hotel rooms had been wearing on me. The Promenade was very nice and for a vacation or shorter stay, I would definitely recommend it. I had room service several nights and it was always very good and not too expensive, considering. It is very close to the river front, with a lot of things to do or cross the river and you're right in the middle of things. Easy to catch a cab or a short walk to a tram. Great view from my room. Overall great experience and I would go back. I did get an internet deal on the room but was double/triple charged for one night when I arrived and found out my reservation didn't start until the next day. They were very accomodating in finding me a room so that I didn't have to switch rooms down the road, but the regular price was way too expensive.

Close to the city, restaurants, concerts, plays, botanical gardens. Everything is within walking distance. It's clean and the service is fast and proffesional The pool always needs fixing when I stay. I love staying at the Crown Promenade because it's a very relaxed environment. It has the services of a 5 star hotel with a more relaxed staff. It's close to everything you would want to see in Melbourne and walking distance to many places. because the casino is right there, there are always people wandering about which gives it a safe feeling to be in a big city. I will always stay at the Crown.
Restaurant Tip : There are so many restaurants to choose from and all within walking distance. They are right on the river with a back drop of the city which just adds to the ambiance.

Good access to everwhere, good sense and clean room. Valuable price! No bath tab in standard type room. With all things considered, this hotel is really valuable. I will choose this hotel next time.

Excellent location, friendly staff, stylish interiors The swimming poor was always crowded with kids, so wasn't possible to relax or have a swim. We stayed at the Crown Promenade Hotel for three days we would definitely recommend it. The location was perfect for visiting Melbourne's main attractions. The staff were also very friendly and helpful was we asked them for advices on where to go, what to see. They also allow you back to the hotel (at their health centre) after you check out, in case you want to relax or take a shower before going to the airport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go for a drink in one of the many bars alorng the river at sunset

Excellent service from front desk staff. Well appointed, clean rooms. Ice machine on the floor didn't work even after we bought it to the attention of staff. We called 2 days prior to our stay to confirm the booking and found the reception staff most helpful in checking our preferences and options. We found all of these waiting for us when we checked in. The room was on the top floor and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it as a top spot in Melbourne.
Restaurant Tip : Ensure you book well ahead for the Hotel buffet restaurant to avoid disappointment.

bad service, no bathtub in room I expect to have a romantic night with my girl friend in the Crown Promenade Hotel Melbourne but the fact is we were only provided with twin beds and there were no bathtub in the room, so disappointed it is really near the crown casino, the beautiful southbank and many famous restaurants.

Excellent location with stunning rooms designed in minimalist style When walking through the link between the casino and the hotel there is a strong smell of cigarettes This is a truly stunning hotel that is only a few hundred metres away from the Yarra River and is directly linked into the Crown Casino complex and all the shopping and food facilities. The rooms have the most amazing floor to ceiling windows and incredible views. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a special place to stay.

The advice we received from the concierge on sights, dining and general directions were always spot-on and well-delivered. The city of Melbourne is remarkably well planned, architectually fascinating, and with historical aspects well preserved. Give Melbourne more days on the itinerary - you won't regret it!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The riverside promenade is a wonderful place to rest on a park bench and watch life in all of its forms go by. The restaurants and shops are well worth a visit. And, viewing the moonlight on the river, while being serenaded by a local musician, is mesmerizing. Don't forget to put some money in the open instrument case.

We received a very good deal from Precision Reservations including daily breakfasts for two. Our room is very nice, high floor with a view of the downtown, bright with big floor to ceiling windows. The design is contemporary, with walk-in shower bath. The breakfast is good and the pool and gym on the 4th floor are other nice amenities of the hotel. Will stay there again, definitely.
