I love the whole Crown Complex. The otels, restaurants and shopping facilities are second to none. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. It is truly "The World of Entertainment".

Another enjoyable stay at Crown Towers. Once again, staff could have been friendlier. Room clean, spacious and bathroom indulgent (love the TV over the bath tub). Plush bed and spoiled for choice in The Conservatory for buffet breakfast....you simply must do, you won't eat for a week after! Pool was cleaner than previous visit, although that is to be expected as we were the first ones in at around 7am!

Overall a very nice stay although very surprised that waterbottles in the room are not complementary. For the room price you would expect this to be included.

I had booked FOUR Deluxe king rooms on the same floor to accommodate myself and family of young adults..
Unfortunately, despite checking the room availability time the previous evening, the rooms were not all ready when we arrived at 3.30 pm. We had been advised, that we could check in at 2.00 pm. Due to wedding arrangements, we were unable to wait for the rooms to be prepared, and ended up being spread across three separate floors, which was a little bit of a hassle for co-ordinating arrangements.
The staff were attentive and prompt with service delievery at all other times.
Love the access to superb restaurants. Breakfast in tThe Conservatory was sensational.
