I've booked the rooms at Acland Street but was given two rooms at Carlisle Street. The furniture of room 507 was old, heater not working well, lighting not working, blinds were no good. Kitchen was dirty. Noisy with people talking outside and traffic.
Close to St.Kilda Beach!
Lighting not working properly, e.g. ceiling lamp, have informed the operator on my arrival day but the lamp was still not fixed on my third/last day.

the location of the hotel is very good, not too far from city and also near the beach. the price is affordable. I like the room we got, we had a little balcony, it looked very nice. Inside the room, it was modern. it is just exactly same as the photo on the internet. I like it.
it is very close to the st kilda beach. Pubs and restaurants are just around there. it is an very good location with good price. it is also quite modern inside. i would say we got the right place in Melbourne.
if the car park can be a bit closer to the hotel, that would be excellent.
