Position in docklands, easy to find and access. Very private, helpful staff.

View toward city very poor, would recommend harbour view only from lower floors.

Was excellent location and easy to find actual building - very confusing check in point however, needs to be better signed from street view. Lovely apartment with great ammenities but no direction on room service or other facilities once in apartment. Several light globes blown making balcony enjoyment less at night. Terrible view to city side from about 20th floor down, sunset would have been fantastic from other side of building, ? harbour view side - and did not get offered choice on arrival. Staff very friendly and flexible. Overall had fantastic stay and easy to work around these bad points mentioned.

Hotel Feature Tip : Harbour view side of building is only recommended - city view is 'industrial' and miss beautiful sunset should you be so lucky!
