Great location, but the carpets need cleaning.
Conveniently located in the city center next shopping center.

There are supermarket and several restaurants and fast food places in the shopping center attached to the apartment building. The carpets of the apartment I stayed in were stained and needed cleaning. The kitchen has some basic dishes, but it could be better equipped.

the room was on 24/f, which is the second highest and have a good city view. the room was quite large and modern. however, the cleanness of the room was around average. the bed was a bit small, because normally a 4 star hotel would have a queen-size bed, but it is only a double. the faculties inside the room was not too equipped and the cleanness can also be improved. and also, because the building does not have a normal reception, so it could be a little bit annoying if you need anything or hep.

great location. melbourne central station just across the street. walking distance to major tourist attractions

my apartment was located on the 15th floor and i have a great view of melbournde especially at nite. apartment has a balcony, one bedroom, kitchen, washer. very conveniently located in central business district with the central station just across the street and major tourist attractions within walking distance. loved the place and will definitely stay here again.
Travel tip:
Centrally located downtown with central station just across the street. Difficult to find though since there is no sign that indicate Habitat apt. It is located at the corner of Lonsdale and Elizabeth st just right beside Somerset Apartments. It actually occupies the same bldg at the somerset. 20-25 minutes from the airport but right in the center of melbourne downtown. there is no housekeeping that cleans your apt daily. You are provided with essential cleaning items though inside the apt
