Holiday Inn Melbourne Airport was easy to book and contact about our booking details prior to our arrival. They were helpful about the different arrival and departure times of the members of our group. Their room service was prompt and friendly. Rooms were clean and cleaned every day. It was easy to get around from the hotel and the breakfast food was freshly cooked with enough variety for all. We did not stay in the hotel for other meals so cannot comment.
Hotel Feature Tip : get the route timetable for the bus that goes to airport west and links with trams - a local alternative to skybus and taxis.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low.
The hotel was within easy walking distance from the international terminal. We had early domestic flight at 6:10 AM the following morning; the friendly staff offered a wake call and a shuttle service to the domestic terminal at a nominal cost of $2.00. The room was clean and airy with a comfortable bed. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Prompt collection from the airport, attentive staff, easy check in, up to date, well appointed and comfortable rooms, good bed, very clean

My stay at the airport Holiday Inn, Melbourne was a very pleasant experience. From the time I requested to be collected from the airport until the time I was taken back to the airport the next morning everything worked smoothly, assisted by helpful and attentive staff. My room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and welcoming. There was particular attention to detail and the little things that make such a stay a memorable experience. I will definitely stay at this location again.
