WAY FAR TO BE 4 STAR.
Place is good .just around biggest station . Easy move . But Can not turn on heater . Seems can do , but can not for sure. We call to reception . Lady was very rude she show me remote and saying ?? ""So what?it is on "" and I explained that will be on when we choose air conditioner but when change mode to heater will be close. And she just left without anything and bring anther heater can move after 45 min later. This hotel reception people is not good service . They do not know service for sure . And it saying this hotel is 4 star !! For sure not 4 star !!!!!!!!! Especially , late night reception old guy is very very rude .be careful . Not only reception people that you have to be careful . I ordered non clean service . But every morning they come and open . So rude . One more things , I had to extend stay with this hotel 2 time . And at night I make a call to extend and won't check out. But you know what happen ? Every time get call at 10 am for check out and have to explain again . So tired . Not good management .no service . Have better place to stay seriously with this price. And , room always can hear sound from upper floor or trolly sound of cleaning cart .so annoying .

Too noisy
The balcony room contained very little insulation.... I heard when my neighbours arrived, when they dropped their suitcase, when they flushed the toilet and more. I was travelling for business, so a very disturbed sleep for me.

Good location for train travellers.
Easy to access the various Melbourne points of interest via trams within a couple of hundred meters of the hotel. While the hotel is becoming a little dated inside and in need of some refurbishment in the rooms, we found it ideal for our purpose, being comfortable and economically priced. The restaurant attached to it had delicious meals suited to our budget.

Thin walls & hard bed
The room is very good value for money and the location is brilliant. However the walls are thin and I had 3 very bad sleep nights because people watched TV or talked loudly well into the early hours each morning. On the 3rd night I phoned Reception at 12:30am, then again 1:30am. They did manage to resolve the matter, but the couple with the loud TV then decided to start an argument. This wasn't the staff's fault, the thin walls are the problem. Also the mattress was hard and I could feel the inner springs. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Good location, no elevator to room
Location closed to skybus terminal, very convenient. Doesn't have elevator right up to the room level

The room was advertised as a delux double. Not much room but we managed.
We ended up moving the bed so we had room to move around it. We were expecting a bigger room.
