ok checkin/out breakfast nice, good value ,rooms are in need of refreshing paint peeling etc; only real complaint is that only one elevator working the whole of easter weekend ,this caused uneceptable delays for everyone including staff,did they not want to spend money on the callout fee? to have it repaired.Would not stay again because of that.

The hotel was only average in condition the rooms were clean and tidy however showing signs of wear and tear although there is new carpet in public areas. The rooms need repainting with door bottoms chipped and flaking paint. The staff are friendly and helpful. With a bit of reno good be a nice place. One elevator out of service all Easter weekend and this was uneceptable causing long delays to guests and staff alike.

THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GET A 4 STAR HOTEL HOWEVER IT WAS REALLY WORN AND OLD FEELING. THE BATHTUB WAS STAINED AND I DECIDED TO WEAR MY THINGS IN THE SHOWER. THE FURNITURE WAS DIRTY.AND THE SILICONE IN THE BATHROOM WAS MOULDY. THEY NEED TO UPDATE EVERYTHING.

check in was smooth just as early morning to check out. Very friendly smiley faces and helpful at all times. I really wanted to like this Hotel after all the negative reviews and I did except......The bathroom had mould where the bath meets the shower and our lounge chairs had seen better days more akin to hostel type accommodation..Its constantly being upgraded and I really think its suitable for most people at a very pleasing price

The customer service at the hotel were superb, they took extra care into preparing our midnight room service orders and even gave us extra food for free. The staff were really attentive and kind. Rooms were decent in size and comfort too. I highly recommend this hotel!
