Average. The staff were quite helpful. only setback was that there was no free wifi for guests. for the price we pay for the apartment, we expected more. I booked for an apartment with two rooms but didn't expect that the rooms were accessible separately (610 & 611), i.e., not a whole unit. The coffeehouse had only one type of breakfast.

Great downtown location - everything walkable

Melbourne has a great night life. Mantra was close enough to walk to the best of it, but far enough to be able to call it a night w/o being kept awake by it. Also, it's on the border of China town which was fun to have easy access too. The price was reasonable, and it was also close to shopping, which my wife loved.

We had 3 nights stay. It is just an average service apartment, nothing fancy. Room was ok nothing out of the ordinary, just wished the housekeeping would do a better cleaning job especially in the toilet/bathroom. Great location though, just next to Chinatown, walking distance to everywhere in the city.

Not much hot water. Parking is run by Wilson, staff were rude. When complaint at the Hotel, they didn't seem to care. The Parking is on 5th floor, they expect you to validate the ticket every time you go in the car park, the reception is on the ground floor, inconvenient. Would not stay there again.
