Families with young children Singapore, March 17, 2013	comfortable with good amenities and location location just next to crown casino and grocer store downstairs open till 11pm. conveniently located at southbank, which is 10 - 15 min walk to the cbd. 6.7 Comfortable. Apartment is serviced only every 7 days, so had requested for extra servicing at $40 per time. Servicing was done well, keeping room very clean and tidy.

Families with older children Thailand, March 04, 2013	Good size apartment 3 bedrooms, comfortable Quiet, Relatively easy access to city of Melbourne / High ways City links 7.7 It a good place to stay for a family with older children, lots of room. Can cook for the family because the kitchen has all utensils that you need to use for cooking. Relatively clean, but need the service people to come in more often than 7 days / service. The parking for our car was a bit rough because we had to park on the 6th floor, had to go round and round so many times and it actually took us about 5 min. each time to go down to the ground floor and out to the street.

Groups New Zealand, February 10, 2013	Great location, airy spacious apartment Location, view, great layout and excellent facilities 9.7 We were a family group of five adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SouthbankOne. The location was ideal, just a few minutes walk from the Southbank promenade and around a 10 minute pleasant walk to the heart of downtown. The layout of the apartment was excellent for the make-up of our group - one couple and three singles. There was plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy time-out. The balcony was well-used as was the swimming pool. The facilities available in the apartment were excellent and we had only to provide our basic groceries. Hotel Feature Tip: Request higher floor for distance from traffic noise. The restaurant on the corner below the apartments has great food and service.
