All the staff were courteous from the time arrived and until you left. The meals were of a high standard although a little expensive. It was only a short walk to Flinders Street Station where you could catch the free bus and the free City Circle trams. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my friends

I must say that this was a good steal I had from Agoda and the hotel was good too. It is in the heart of the city and was close to where I work. The staff were very helpful and were very willing to help when I needed some information. Regarding the room it was not that spacious but I feel it is ok for a person who visits on business and it is just that he needs a good and comfortable place to sleep in the night. As it is in the heart of the city it was easier for us to roam around the city and has many good pubs and restaurants nearby. Didn't try out the restaurant menu as I had many options available outside. Parking was not available but in a city like Melbourne you don't need to hire a car. Just take a full day tram and train ticket available for 10.10 AUD and you can roam around. If coming on a Sunday go for a Sunday saver tram ticket which is available for 2.20 AUD and unlimited travel around the city. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Cleanliness, staff are very friendly and polite.

Standard room is a bit small, carpets were a bit worn out.

This hotel is worth staying for short while during business trips. For family stay and vacation this is not a good choice. Also comparatively room rent is very costly and facilities provided as part of their package is not worth spending for.

Location , nice reception ambiance and restaurant.

Rooms are very congested. Don't even provide drinking water and forced to consume from Mini-Bar. Internet can be provided where as it too costly and charged per minute basis.
