Very noisy and beer bottles everywhere

It was the first time that i sayed in a backpacker hotel. Its noisy, there is a bar downstairs. The hotel was not clean, there were beer bottles everywhere. In the hallway, even in the elevator. You have to purchase the password to the wifi, and it doesn't work. I'm never coming back.

The room size is okay, and five people share a room (I thought it was 4)and a bathroom, that's quite good.
But there is no air-conditioner inside, and just 1 fan for 5 people, I got very dizzy inside the room.
Moreover, there is a bar in the hostel and very noisy every night, I just want some sleep...

Nomads hotel is nice place to enjoy the nightlife and to meet some people. They organise some activities. Employers are friendly. If you want to discover the city you can walk and to a queen victoria market is just near. I was sleeping in 4 female bedroom where i haven't a fan it was just boiling. Bathrooms are clean most of time. You can enjoy your free pasta, rice, tea and cofee but good luck for cooking the kitchen is very small.

As the dorm was above the bbq/kitchen area, it was a tad noisy. But overall the stay was still pleasant if you are not too picky.

It's really good for a a group if you are in 4 person, and one thing you have to concern, the shower area is very small that not friendly for fat person, and also, the washing mechince is not in good condition, we have inserted money but it's not wash automaticly. hope it's will get the solution soon.

It's a quite nice hotel, but the bar is very crowded especially on weekend.
The room and toilet is quite clean.
The location is near to the city. Also near to Victoria Market :)

Pros :
1) Customer service is excellent. The service ppl are friendly especially those on duty at night.
Cons
1) Told to have free wifi but it charged AUS4 per hour.
2) The pillow is too soft until 4 of us need to fold it to make it thicker.
3) Some toilet & shower is in same room, if you need to use either one, you need to wait!
4) Kitchen is very small & dirty. The food we store there (with label) being stole!! =(
Hotel Feature Tip:
1) Store food inside your room or at the storage place provided by using large bag. Some outsiders (not resident) will come in from back door and steal the food. Be careful!
2) If you want to pay rentals or other fees, please pay by cash. They will charge you AUS 18 for the credit card service, and the exchange rate is very very high. For me, the exchange rate is 3.18 (at malaysia), and the credit card rate is 3.42!!
