Ian C. Couples Australia, July 09, 2012	Excellent Northern city access Close to hospitals & trams 7.3 Comfortable room with all kitchen items, musty smell (may have been the weather), clean and presentable. Parking under cover for a fee, also parking in street. No regrets, would stay again.

Very clean & tidy and great for children and families Travel tip: In walking distance to the Royal Childrens Hospital and the city,only a short walk and tram away to the Melbourne Zoo Not being familar to Melbourne our selves, the staff at North Melbourne Serviced apartments are more than happy to help in anyway with directions Self contained was a great option for us,supermarket not far away either Anyone going to Melbourne for medical reasons at the Royal Children's Hospital or a short break away,I would highly recommend the North Melbourne Serviced Apartments

Families with older children Indonesia, December 24, 2011	Very average hotel Convenient location 2.7 the only pro of the hotel is probably their convenient location. tram stop is just at your door or it is still walking distance from the city. other than that, this is a very average hotel. because they do not have lifts, this hotel is not suitable for people who carry a lot of luggage. they have pretty fair internet rates but because they are on a wi-fi, staying on the top floor (which is just the 3rd floor) do not get any wi-fi at all. you will have to go down to the reception to rcv decent internet speed. room service is poor! we stayed for 5 days but bed was not made at all, towels weren't changed. we had to remind the reception to change our towels and still they weren't changed! we had 3 people traveling together and they had a sofa bed, that was why we chose this place. there was a $30 extra charge for the 3rd person but the sofa bed was so worn out, it was not sleepable at all! i would not recommend this hotel at all!
