Stuido room got all kitchenware you need including glasses, cups, pans, utensils, etc. Quite roomy. Location is 2 min from free city circle tram station, and 10 min walk from Flinder Street Train Station - the hub station.
Need check out at 10am and charge AUD20 each hour after that...too \ unreasonable. Bulbs in bathroom went off, tub is kind of small even for Asian people.
Location is far from the most busy (hence noisy) location near Flinder Street Station, but still within walking distance. Mel is small anyway. Should ask front desk to book everything for you, to save the phone call charges. Also, should take skybus (AUD16 one way) which also offers free coach bus from downturn drop off point to the hotel.
Shopping Tip : Tax refund for AUD300 or above. Keep tax receipt from department stores and add up those from the same store. Need to get the official tax refund form signed off by the store (usually the customer service desk will do it).

Rooms are well designed and well maintained. Great location. Within 10 minutes walk from South Cross Station. Friendly Staff.
Reception Lobby could be improved. Especially sofas are very uncomfortable.
Good Value for Money. The amenities in the Kitchen is sufficiently right to cook a meal. All amenities in the room are well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Location is good - Approx. 10 minutes walk from South Cross Station, 10 Minutes walk from Crown Melbourne Casino. Ample parking is available outside the hotel. Internet access is available but on chargeable basis. Decent Pool, Sauna, Gym. Overall I would recommend anyone to stay at this place.

I stayed this hotel 3 nights. First of all, the location is perfect!It is near the Flinders station which is center of Melbourne City. Thus, it is easy to go anywhere on foot, tram, train, and so on. Especially, working around the city from the hotel is so nice!! beautiful buildings&river, so many nice shops, various kinds of restaurants around the hotel....we could find so many intersting things there! The Hotel staffs are also nice and kind. They help us a lot such as car parking. Moreover, I really enjoyed its room!! so beautiful coordination! clean! we could relax and enjoy the time there. Next time I will definitely choose this hotel again!!!!!
