Plain and simple, adequate accommodation
Good access to Melbourne with a big park opposite

This was a great place to stay when we went to the F1 race at Albert Park. We hired a car and had Sat-Nav, so transport to and from the race was easy. The accommodation is not new, but it is certainly adequate, very clean and comfortable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ask the owner...she seems to know the best public transport routes around Melbourne. Very helpful.
