Great location but small and noisy rooms

The location was convenient near the train station and walking distance to a lot of other things, but at night it sounds like our rooms window was right next to a bar that was open till late and made it very hard to sleep.

The room was rather small. Cafe within the restaurant closed very early thus, there was limited F&B facility within the hotel as well as around the hotel vicinity. Position of the TV is plastered at the side wall of the bed, thus, making it very uncomfortable to watch.

Good Value, Friendly and Helpful Reception

This hotel was better than advertised. The rooms were clean with lovely white linen. There was everything you would expect in a hotel, including a fridge, kettle, iron,ironing board and a hair dryer. The staff on reception were very friendly, efficient and helpful.
The room are small but that is what a boutique hotel has. It's location is good and the restaurant in the building offers a value for money breakfast and other meals.
My only 'gripe' is the basins are very small and it's a challenge to wash your face without getting your feet wet.

Handy location - right near Southern Cross station

I only stayed there briefly for the location - easy access to the station and sky buses to the airport. Can't really fault it though - rooms were tidy, amenities were clean, etc.

Rooms were small with very little natural light.

We were very disappointed with our room not having a window initially. We then got moved to a room that had a window but faced a brick wall so again very little natural light. The hotel was like a backpackers - basic. It was damp and obviously didn't get aired often because it had a mouldy smell.

Nice small hotel with basic rooms
location is not bad, next to southern cross station

we have a window but it is just the view of a wall, which makes it hard to realize the time when waking up. bathroom basin is small and not much space around it, hard for me to do make up or put staff around...
other than that the hotel is not bad, location is good, price is acceptable.
no free wifi though.

Great little hotel, short walk from southern cross station and the sky bus stop. Room is very nicely decorated, modern furnishings. The bathroom is very small though and not a lot of room around the sink. Friendly staff and room was cleaned daily. Location is excellent.
