We made our own breakfast everyday and sometimes had lunch in our own kitchenette. It was so convenient to leave the car there and walk around the city everyday.

The free tourist bus that stops across the road from Federation Square is a great insight to all the tourist attractions to see in Melbourne.

Fabulous Hotel in a great location
Loved the apartment, it had everything we needed to be comfortable. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

After a very long and not pleasant flight it was a delight to find the apartment very well presented,comfortable and clean. Arriving late at night it was easy to access. Having also just lost our passports the staff on the end of the phone could not have been more helpful. He spent much of the night calling taxi ranks for us and then left messages for the reception when it opened. The day staff helped carry on the search. I am sure that without their help we would not have had the documents returned to us as soon as we did. They were lovely, friendly people.
The position of the apartment was perfect for site seeing around Melbourne with the circular free tram just a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk made choosing a place to eat a bit difficult due to the wide variety available. We were so pleased that we booked another night and will not hesitate to return or pass on details to friends wanting to stay in Melbourne

-Proximity to Flinders Street Station & middle of CBD.
-Love the contemporary interior.
-Love that it has a complete kitchen (I grabbed some fresh ingredients from a nearby Cole and whipped up a nice dinner for myself).
-Good security, access to floors only by a card.
Cons:
-Creaky floors haha
-Slightly slower lifts
Restaurant Tip:
I went to Bluestone Restaurant down Flinders Lane. Facing out of Punthill's entrance, turn left and keep walking, crossing Elizabeth St and keep walking till you see Bluestone on your left, less than 10 mins walk in all. Degustation menu at $99 for 8 courses w/o wines. $160 with wine pairings. Lovely food!

Location was great, you are only a really short walk away from the tram stops and only 2 blocks away from Bourke street which is the main shopping street. The only thing I would say is that there is only one bathroom with shower for 4 people (although there is an additional toilet). This can get very busy in the morning. My overall opinion is that this is a great apartment for the location and the amount of money you pay!

Me and my wife visited Melbourne for 4 days and we stayed at this hotel throughout our journey. Hotel is located right next to the cafe street. Also, the hotel room has kitchen. Hence, we bought some seafoods from the Queen Victoria market and cooked at the hotel. The bed was comfy and toilet was clean and tidy.
There is parking bay available for guest at dollars per night. Those with bad parking skills should not bother as the parking bay and the entrance is very tight and can be very challangable to those mentioned above.
Other than that, hotel was a good value for the money.
