Business travelers Malaysia, April 13, 2013	Good Location Full Facilities, Good Location, Good size of Service Apartment 5 I actually book a 2 room apartment, however i upgraded to 2 room executive apartment which it gave more space and better condition in the apartment. I am comfortable to stay at the Quest On William Apartments except the housekeeping and receptionist was a bit unfriendly. I did makes complaint and it got improved right away. On top of that, the owner of Quest on William came to my apartment to apologize. Since then, the housekeeping and the receptionist attitude was 360 degree changed. I will stay at this apartment again for the improvement that i've seen.
