The hotel manager gave us a complimentary wine, which was a nice surprise. Hotel location was pretty good, but that was about it.
The staff could use a lot of improvement in the customer service field. They were very abrupt and short with our questions. The rooftop pool/spa looked deserted and unused, which was a different picture than what we had in mind.

- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Melbourne observatory tower is walking distance from the hotel. I'd recommend the 20 minute intro to Melbourne movie that they show for free with entrance fees.

I recommend this hotel for anyone that wishes to splash out a little but not going too over the top. Did not get a chance to check out the facilities but I am sure if I had to go by the quality of the service and rooms then they would be great too.
- Restaurant Tip : Do try and do a cruise along the Yarra river at night. It is well worth it as the skyline of Melbourne at night is suprisingly lovely.
