Clean large rooms in a convenient location.
Location was great. Short stroll or tram to town, but far enough away to avoid the hussle and bustle. Large clean rooms, a little run down. Friendly staff.

Parts of hotel were refurbished. Rooms in process of being refurbished. Hotel will be nice once fully refurbished. Some of the staff need to be replaced as didn't seem to want to be there

close to uni and close enough to cbd only a 5 min tram ride down the street.

good rooms, typical rydges service-ok. my ac was noisy and they charged me parking upon checkout even though i was told it was part of my room upon check in. would stay again.

I booked this hotel for my friend, needed a hotel near Trinity College, where their daughter will be studying. According to them, hotel is ok, clean room, with everything needed. Very convenient for them as the college is just few blocks away.

hotel is strategically located along swanston st and melbourne central is just 4 stops away with a tram. there's 7-eleven on the same block as well as kentucky fried chicken. various dining options and shopping at lygon st. you'll never go hungry or tired of shopping! woolworths supermarket is open till 12.00am and about 10mins walk from hotel. room is very spacious & clean. water pressure is great. mini bar is well stocked. highly recommended for business travelers and privacy is guaranteed. i will definitely come back here.

Top up your Myki card for tram ride at Melbourne Uni station.

This is a very well run hotel. We reported a small fault in the bathroom and it was fixed immediately. Bedroom very comfortable. The breakfast is well set out with everything you would expect and the food is fresh and well presented.
Restaurant Tip:
The Seven Seeds cafe is nearby. Google it, well worth the lunch. Also the Tin Pot further afield - again, something different and food is excellent.

Enjoyed our short stay in Melbourne but as far as parking goes it was terrible small parks very hard getting in especially for larger vehicles.
