Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

location is good, close to everywhere. Conserved building but not a perfect job.
no car park, rooms are way too small or better to say design can be improved.
The room looks much bigger in the picture and we did expect it to be more like a studio not just a room. If it is only a room, might as well leave all the utensils and microwave etc so that the room is more spacious.

Best features of the hotel included:
- large 2 apartment, very spacious
- great location in Chinatown
Areas that required improvement included:
- tissues and toilet paper were not adequately stocked for the size of the apartment
- blankets and extra sheets were not provided for the sofa bed.
- not a great view from our hotel room
This hotel was good because we got a 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious and had a large living space. It was comfortable for the amount of people that were staying there. However, our friends stayed in a studio/1 bedroom and it was quite small and they were stuck in the corner of the hotel.
A weak point also that we found was that the bathroom was located past the second bedroom, therefore we would have to walk through that room to get to the bathroom - often disturbing whoever was sleeping there. The layout of the apartment could have been a little better.
