location was good and restaurant on site was ok
room was away from complex
We arrived from an overnight flight very tired early in morning. we understood a room wouldnt be ready for a while but we felt we had to wait too long. Reception staff were not helpful and did in fact check in people who came after us. We werent offered any help with luggage and room was a good distance from reception. if we hadnt paid before we arrived we would have left.
