Had a room with balcony, which was very nice. The kitchen was well setup with toaster, microwave and a stove. There also was a washer machine (w dryer), and iron (with ironing) and dishwasher. The staff was very helpful with any requests and quick to respond (for ex. we asked for additional hangers - got more than enough). We also rented bikes (at a shop nearby), and when not in use could safely keep the bikes on the hotel grounds. It was a great stay! What more could you ask for? We would definatly recommend Aarons Suites. My husband thought the bed was a bit stiff, but still slept well on it. There were really nothing we disliked. We had seen the semi good reviews for Aarons Suites online and were a bit hesitant not expecting much. But I liked the idea of having a kitchen since we were staying for 13 nights. We were totally satisfied with everything! The accomedations were great! The staff was great and also gave suggestions of things to do in Perth. We would definatly stay there on our next visit to Perth, and recommend it to anyone!
Restaurant Tip : Don't miss eating at the Annalakshmi restaurant on the river near the Bell Tower. They serve great vegetarian Indian food and you pay what you can. Delicious!

Location , near the center of everything , close to several cafes and very yummy Cafe Dome The apartment really need a face lift ... The bed is stiff , movable with very thin blanket , I cannot imagine staying there on winter , pillow really thin and small too ... And doesn't smell really fresh at all ....the bed is the last thing I look forward on this trip to Perth ...
I choose to stay in Aaron All Suite for its pictures in the internet , when I checked in my apartment , I couldn't believe that it look sooo different from the picture to the reality , the apartment is old with very uncomfortable bed , but yet very clean and tidy .... The location is really good with good neighborhood and yummy cafes to .... If only Aaron All Suites would upgrade at least their bed .... To a more comfy one .... I think it will be a perfect place to stay in Perth
Shopping Tip : Shopping is one of favorite pastime in Perth , I strongly suggest David Jones and Myer , where you can get everything and excellent service too

Full equipment such as microwave, oven, stove and washing machine. Near swan river, shopping mall. The room is not so big. Receptionist is available only until 10 p.m. The room is quite small and queen bed is not really big. If you like to cook or wash your clothes during your holiday, you can choose this hotel. This hotel is near swan river and shopping mall can be reached within 10 minutes walking but you can use a free CAT bus if you don't like walking. The funny thing is if you arrive or depart after midnight, there is no receptionist. I left at 3 a.m. and just drop the key on the receptionist's table with nobody there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can take a ferry near swan river (Bell Tower) to South Perth and there are a lot of restaurants with delicious food or you can visit Perth Zoo.

Cheap. Wash machine, Kitchen We dont need wash machine or Kitchen Our room feature modern bathroom with the latest amenities. It feature a standard bed. It include air-conditioning, TV, movies on demand, minibar and bathrobes are provided. The hotel also provide a easy kitchen and a wash machine. It's very suitable for long-stay. But may not suitable for eastern people.(Chinese or Japaness)
The Hotel reception only to 10:00 PM, we arrived the hotel too late, and we take a very long time to get our keys of romm, finally.
The hotel is near the center of Perth, very good location.
It's really a small hotel, only less than one hundred rooms, there are only one restaurant and provide only breakfast. But since it very near to the center of Perth, it's OK to eat outside.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : go outside you can find a bike rent shop, rent bike and go around the city

Very close to the CBD and everything is within working distance. step out from the hotel, you can easily get a red cat (free city shuttle) to get to everywhere you want to go. Very convenient The reception doesn't speak fluent english so sometime is a bit to understand each other. Very close to the City business district and everything is within working distance. There are a numbers of tourist attraction around, Perth Mint, The consert hall and etc. Surrond with nice cafe e.g dome cafe and etc. Love to stay again next time when I am in Perth.
