Great alternative in Perth

Good value for money in a city, where accommodation prices aren't cheap. The rooms were very well equipped, including your own kitchen and a washing machine. Location was great and staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast not available at hotel, but you can use the in-room kitchen or go to Dome, which is a half a minute walk away.

Location is very convenient, close to everywhere.
The bed is too small and is only a double bed than it claims to be (queen size).
So had to upgrade it. And the upgraded room was good for money anyway.

its an all in one accommodation. my family was happy. my parents were thrilled with the restaurant, having arrived tired and exhausted from the journey we were presented with the best meal ever!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A tour company "Jutawan Tours"( website : www.see-perth.com or www.jutawantours.com ) brought us around to great places and fine food places...was the best holiday ever and we are already planning for our next trip in 2013....such a memorable experince.

Great Location - No complaints

The hotel staff were very friendly and checking was fast and easy . We wanted to explore the nearby attractions , but it was raining , the staff were kind enough to get a couple of umbrellas for us.
The room was large enough for us . Good clean toilet and shower with basic amenities. Clean towels. There was a complete kitchen and even a washing machine and clothes dryer , which we did not use.
There is an Indian restaurant in the lobby . we did not eat there .. but the smells were incredible and were a give away that the food was very authentic .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walking distance to the main shopping area in Perth . Close to the restaurants and very safe to walk around at night . Also close to some oft he city's historical landmarks .

The room was older than we saw on the Internet. It was clean and tidy but we expected it to be a lot more updated than what it was. There was an issue with check in as we arrived late even though we had callers week in advance to advise the hotel of our late arrival. Also the parking was cramped. The hotel showed us where to park and what particular spot we needed to use and a rude note was left on our car advising we shouldn't have parked in that particular spot.
Wouldn't go back there. It's right next door to a night club as well and lots of drunken people were outside the entry to the hotel. It was a bit frightening having small children around this hotel.
