Wonderful position, small rooms
Wonderful position, close to Perth CBD

the position is wonderful within 5 minutes walk to perth cbd and shopping centers/pedestrian streets, also close to a series of places of interests like the perth mint and swan tower.
rooms are small, and the street side rooms are noisy mainly due to central air conditioning. facilities are not new but ok.
Restaurant Tip:
There are many restaurants nearby, out of which we strong prefer the Thai food.

Lovely hotel with good service

Room is clean and homely. WiFi is available free of charge. Download is very fast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel is very central to most places surrounding Perth. Car parking fee is expensive so no need to rent car if you are at Perth Central. Many restaurants and gift shops nearby. People are very friendly.

No night life, shop closed 6pm. Cafe closed 6-8pm! Reserve taxi will late & drive slowly , take more spare time for caution!

Excellent value for a Perth hotel. great location
Clean, pristine white towels, quiet, excellent location for the price

Needed to be in the city as had no transport. Staff were very helpful and polite.
I trust the hot water supply is now flowing in the handbasin of room 214 and that the cold water tap no longer continually drips. Otherwise everything was fine.

Hotel needs a maintenance program.

Bathroom had a towel rail that fell off when we put the towels on, but it was fixed when we reported it. The shower was in the bath tub which would be very difficult for an older person who has difficulties getting into the tub. The shower cutain was at least 40cms outside of the tub, resulting in the bathroom floor getting very wet and slippery after a shower. Our towels were then used to mop up the floors to avoid slipping. Toiletries supplied were a shampoo and conditioner combined with one little round bar of soap for two people. No facewashers were supplied. The cafeteria had a power cord running across the walkway where you got your food and beverages for breakfast. The orange juice had a slight fizz to it. There was no Fox TV in the rooms, although it is advertised. Most of the staff were nice and friendly. If they had an appropriate maintenance schedule, it could be a nice hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Location of the hotel is within a close walking distance of shopping malls,one or two really good cafes and the free bus stops at the front.

Very basic style accommodation. Needs a revamp. Our room was not serviced due public holiday weekend. Very good value for money as hotels in Perth are quite costly.
