Great Hotel located in the Crown Precinct in Perth

A good hotel for an overnight stay in Perth. Located in the Crown Casino complex the hotel offers all the same attractions as the Crown Metropol. Decent sized rooms and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast at Market and Co the following was also very pleasant and offered a good selection of food and beverages.

Nice clean room and fresh for Perth,easy access to the city and Riverside, I was in Perth for exhibition at Burswood. Great food selection outside hotel within the Casino and exhibition center. This is Perth so everything is expensive.

from the car been valet parked to checking in to the room, happy with all aspects of the stay. pool was out of order but we were told we could use the crown metropol pool instead which was great

If staying on a friday or Saturday ring ahead for a restaurant booking as impossible on the day

It was a special occasion - anniversary & valentine combined. Upgraded value was amazing, although it would have been good if upgrade was given complimentary as the room itself wasn't exactly cheap for a 1 night stay. But overall, good location, lots to do and eat. That was one of the highlights - knowing you can stay out late and then crashing whenever you are tired. The room was spacious with a very romantic spa bath!

Perth hotels are fairly limited but this is an excellent option providing you can afford it, on the east coast this would have been significantly more affordable. Nevertheless a seamless stay and I would visit again.

we stayed at crown promonade to celebrate our 50th anniversary.on arrival the lass on reception asked us if we were celebrating anything special and i told her and she gave us a chocolate, which i thought was nice. but on arrival in our room their was a bottle of champagne waiting for us and then when we went to lunch at market & co we were given a beautiful chocolate cake and told that it was complinentary from crown. it was lovely. these little touches really did make us very happy and made our anniversary a memorable one. we really enjoyed our stay at crown promonade. thank you very much.

we stayed on a weekend and the hotel was very busy. pool area is very nice and a welcome retreat from the heat wave being experienced. rooms are well appointed. the beds were very comfortable and the usual room furnishings such as tv, fridge etc.. were of good quality.. staff and reception team were very good, friendly and helpful. located in the casino complex so access was very easy, overall the stay was good but it is overpriced for what you get and the cost is simply for location to casino and that almost all hotels in perth are expensive compared to their peers around the world.

As we had a wedding at the usual check in time, and we required the room to get ready, I spoke with staff one month before arrival about an early check in. They suggested calling the day before as they could not foresee if a room would be available at the time we required. Rang the day before, and not only could they accomodate our request, they asked for the address of the service so they could organise a cab to the church, without any prompting. So very pleased to see people thinking outside the box and looking after our interests.
Restaurant Tip:
Have some tasting plates at the Merrywell, especially the lollipop buffalo chicken wings. Awesome!
