Our stay was a Mother's Day weekend treat and it was all perfect. Freedom to relax and / or visit casino, bars, restaurants etc was 1st class. Wheelchair friendly room was brilliant. We loved every minute of our stay and will do it again.

It was an exciting weekend stay for my girlfriend and I - however, we were disappointed that we not informed on the lift access - felt a little silly going up n down without getting anywhere, also that upon check out we were told of parking fee, was no mention of a charge when booking. Requested a balcony room but also upon check in told they only have 6 rooms with balconies and i prebooked back in Feb

This hotel is well situated, on the casino premises, close to Perth City Centre, entertainment & sporting venues. The hotel has all the amenities you would want, the staff are friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are many choices of eating places within a five minute walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for all travellers.

Superb location and extra helpful staff

I arrived well before check in time but my room was ready within an hour. My TV stopped working on Friday evening and an in house engineer arrived to fix in within 5 minutes of my telling reception. The cleaning staff were extremely accommodating of the many plants that I had purchased and were being stored in my bathroom. It was a delight to be able to walk quickly and easily between the variety of restaurants, cafes and food outlets in the complex as well as visit the casino and take in a show at the theatre.
The overall location of this hotel is superb and I would certainly stay there again rather than in central Perth. It is like staying in a resort and I felt spoiled for choice.
Restaurant Tip:
Join the Crown Club and get a good discount in all of the food outlets.

Nice hotel with personilised touches

The hotel is nice. Room was spaciuos and modern but the bathroom was old and in dire need of a reno. The TV welcomes you on arrival which is a nice touch.
