Got hassled about the bed selection on arrival

Short, Checked in at 1 am & were gone by 5:30 am. As Indicated, I specifically asked for 2 single beds and was told only a double bed was available.Apparently there is no guarantee that 2 singles would be made available (written in fine print, in Arabic on the bottom of the form somewhere!) Had I known this I would NEVER had booked in here.

Cheapest Hotel in Perth on Agoda

Extremely simple hotel that provide a bed, a tv, a toilet etc. Nothing to shout about. In some rooms, it can be rather dated. Never book the family apartment unit. It is extremely old with worn out carpeting. The revamped double bed room was ok.
Restaurant Tip:
Take the free bus to the city centre. Free cos it is paid by the Australians already via taxation. Be sure to go for the 10 dollar steak at rimby's. It is just opposite worlsworth at the city centre. Other than that, Perth has close to nothing.

Nothing to complain about...lovely friendly people...we just needed a minimal space, clean, friendly and great rates and we got it all
We had a problem with the shower taps...they offered another room for us but it was no biggy so we happily remained where we were but the immediate offer was appreciated as they put us first...an apologised for the inconvenience...which was not a major one.

Gas of the kitchen was left open when i arrived !

My main critic is that the gas of the kitchen was left open when I entered the room, hence an awful smell and big stress as it wasn't possible to open the windows.
For the price I was expecting something much better.
The hotel is globally too old and old fashioned.
The service is good I have to say they helped me in any requests I had.
I didn't like to internet system.

very well located in the perth city, served by many buses. no helpers at the reception, so you need to handle your own luggage. the room is nice and clean, good beds and bathroom.

ok value for money - for perth

i had a night to spend in perth while on a business trip and have been visiting perth for a while now. i am always dissapointed with the hotels in perth, mostly due to their prices and lack of quality. this hotel is a competitive price however and is in a decent location. the hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. for an overnight stay i will probably stay here again.
