Location: short walk to the city center.
Staff: efficient, unobtrusive, well mannered.
Lots of interesting shops nearby (King Street, designer wear).
Good location in a quiet area of the West End of the city so you can walk to the main shopping area and the main train station if you want to travel further. The staff are helpful, efficient and well mannered and there are lots of interesting shops nearby, a couple of good bookshops, the designer wear (Gucci,Bally, Wheels & DollBaby) in King Street and some good bars including the Belgian Beer pub. Parking is available (valet parking) which is useful although there are a few multistory carparks nearby, and the rooms are quiet which is amazing for a central city hotel. Recommended for anyone!

The friendly and welcoming staff when you enter the foyer to check in. Comfortable beds and the choice of pillow styles to suit your personal comfort.
Swimming pool facility needs change room, shower and toilet facilities.
Other in-house guests who are inconsiderate and insist on slamming their doors. Please consider self closing mechanisms to prevent this happening.
The Holiday Inn ambiance is conducive to a pleasant and relaxing visit. Having the cocktail bar and alfresco dining facilities are complimentary to the surrounding business environment. Being conveniently located the property offers much to the traveler. Modern and simple furnishings in the bedrooms lend compliments to the colour and decor.
Whilst the swimming pool was delightful, the lack of facilities for guests in the area was disappointing. The laundry operations spilling out into the entrance to the pool room was also not pleasing. Walking amongst used bedlinen and towels was not a great experience.
