- Room very clean
- Shower water very hot even in winter season
- Nice CBD view from Hotel Room

Nothing weaknesses i can comment here. All the service & facility very good.
I'm staying for 3 nights during my winter holiday at Perth,WA . The breakfast only add on AUS3 for 3 nights per couples. Breakfast is quite nice too. Bread & the meal very fresh. Hotel Located at Murray Street which is very near to Wellington Bus & trains station (around 4 minutes). CBD shopping mall just need 3 minutes walking there only. Near to Northbrigde too. Hotel nearby is very safety even after 10pm. All the catalog optional tour put inside near the receiption desk. Will come back to Perth again, nice city & friendly aussie.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Just walk to King Street wait the Free CAT Bus arrived. The Free Transperth Bus will bring u to your destination without charges. Can round the whole city for few times. Just hop on & hop off without any fare. No need to spent a lot of money to get a taxi. Thanks to goverment of Perth & also Transperth CAT BUS.

Honest value hotel, well located, reasonably clean with all basic facilities. If you have a late flight out, the hotel will store your luggage foc; or you can use the self-service lockers for a small fee to keep valuables. If what you need is a clean and convenient place to stay at a fair price, Ibis can be recommended. No frills, but also no nasty surprises!
Travel tip : The airport shuttle picks you up from the hotel. Also very convenient to catch buses/trains.

Ideally located, being just 200 meters from the central shopping malls.
Some rooms faced noisy construciton site.
We will definitely stay at Hotel Perth Ibis again. We could walk to the malls, wich were just 200 meters away. The buffet breakfast (A$1 offer) was very good even though the hotel changed only 1-2 items each day. Our first room faced a very big building that was under construction and we were disturbed by noise from the construction site. We had our room changed to a quieter one for our 2nd and 3rd nights.
