conveniently located in CBD

hotel is in perth cbd. near to railway station, bus station and ferry terminal..all in walking distance. near to many chinese restaurants especially there are few malaysian shops.
room was not big but enough for 2 adult and a child..very clean conidering this hotel is not new.
pc with ineternet just downstais...but only half hour
in house guest car park aud per entry!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Most shops closed at 5pm..

The location is fantastic, with cafes/restaurants/bars at your doorstep. However, for the price that you pay for the room, it is a little on the high side, as the rooms are quite small, and are minimalistic on other amenities.

needs refurbishment as old and rooms very small. breakfasts were generous and delicious. location was fantastic! free buses are great way to get round city as is the train.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Northbridge for restaurants & make use of the free bus service round the city!

The room was warm, comfortable, everything is new and clean.
The hotel was located at a great position, with many bars, shops around. You can easily to catch a blue cat bus (it's free) then connect to other free bus to visit many places. You can walk to railway station to go to further place as Fremantle, where you can go to Rottnest island by ferry. The hotel has a good restaurant/cafe helping you enjoy your holidays perfectly.

I stayed in he for one night and really enjoyed the hotel,only downside was I brought a carton of larger in the hotel and was not allowed to,I have travelled around the world and never been refused alcohol in my room but that was the only downside :-)
