We were on the 7th floor. This floor has not be refurbished yet, as other floors, so is a bit tired, but still comfortable. we enjoyed our stay

Coming in from Asia, the price we paid for the room (190 USD) was a bit much for the basic room that we received. But Perth is not a cheap place to stay, so overall the value was OK. The hotel is showing its age, but the staff were friendly enough and breakfast in the restaurant next door is delicious and a good value. The location is the main draw for the hotel- very central.
