These fully-equipped executive apartments in Perth's city center are excellent for families and long-stay guests. Providing modern, spacious suites in the CBD, the Median Barrack Plaza Hotel has all the right equipment for a comfortable holiday; full kitchens, laundry facilities, separate sleeping quarters and new interiors. Located by Hay Street Mall, shopping and dining options are close at hand and a Woolworths supermarket is around the corner for self-cooking supplies. For getting around Perth, the train station is about two minutes away on foot while the ferry wharf and palm-dotted river's edge are just at the end of the road.

Location is central, there is actually space in the living room and staff is friendly
Parking was hard to access but we got use to it after the 3rd day. Its also expensive. $25 a night! Should be free if you are a guest.
Overall, our 5 night stay was enjoyable. My father wanted to locate his old friends from 45years ago and the hotel staff helped look through the phone book for him. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern. If you are not fussy, food is easy to come by and everything is within walking distance.
Its worth the money if you are staying for 3 days or longer.

Good quiet location, but near to everything Perth has to offer. Very friendly, helpful staff. Well laid out comfy apartments that felt like a home from home.
Hotel restaurant and bar felt a bit disconnected .from main hotel.
Some of the tiles in the shower were a bit broken, but nothing major.
Good quiet Central location. All areas of the apartment were very clean well laid out spaces. Kitchen had everything you could want to selfcater but the Hotel also has takeaway delivery service from local restauarants if you don't want to cook. Free to use washing machine and dryer were much appreciated and well used. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definately book here again if back in Perth.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Barrack Street Jetty is short walk down the road. The Wine Cruise up the Swan River run by Captain Cook Tours leaves from here and is well worth taking. We spent a lovely day cruising to some lovely vinyards.
