We decided to stay last minute in the hotel for a wedding that a friend was having on the foreshore. It was nice and close for us. Great room, nice and tidy. It has bit more of a modern feel inside then i had expected. Great price. Will deffinatley stay again.

you are immediately engulfed in the strong pungent smells of food, sweat, sour breath, heat, walls of lacquer ware, raw meat, raw fish, vegetables and sewage....the sounds and colors and confusion are overwhelming for a minute so take your time after you get in a few meters......stop and let the heat wash over you

To pay CBD prices for a hotel in the suburbs that is lacking professionalism and cleanliness is something people should consider before booking this hotel.
The staff were quite pleasant but the rooms smelled of stale smoke and the foyer smelled of old food and cooking fat. It appears that there has been a half hearted attempt to upgrade the rooms, but not enough money has been spent.
